練習を続けることで得られるものは、目に見えない小さいものかもしれません。昔は難しかったことが完ぺきにできるようになると、それを止めたり手を抜いたりするようになりがちです。しかし、たとえ進歩していないように思えても、体も脳も練習を続けることで動きがより精緻になっていきますから、できるだけ続ける努力をしてみてください。できたと思ってもさらに続けてみると、見たことのない世界が開けるかもしれませんよ。
